I'm Fey, RD — an MDA-registered dietitian. Whether your doctor just flagged your HbA1c, cholesterol, or weight, I'll build an evidence-based plan that fits your life — yes, nasi lemak included. 100% online, anywhere in Malaysia.
I'm a registered dietitian with clinical experience in medical nutrition therapy. I work with weight management, diabetes and pre-diabetes, women's health, and everyday healthy eating — with plans built around real Malaysian food, not imported diet fads.
Most Malaysians have never seen a dietitian — clinics are far, waitlists are long, and generic advice ignores how we actually eat. That's why I consult fully online: wherever you are, from Seremban to Sabah, you can get personalised, evidence-based support without taking a day off.

Illustrative examples of the outcomes clients and I work toward, drawn from the evidence base for each condition. Real client stories will appear here as the practice grows.
"I've struggled with my weight for years. Fey's plan was the first one that didn't ask me to give up nasi lemak or char kway teow — she just showed me how to portion them smarter. In 3 months I lost 6kg and — alongside my doctor's continued care — my HbA1c improved from 7.2 to 6.4."
"The online format was so convenient — I consulted from my lunch break. The personalised meal plan Fey gave me was practical and actually worked with my busy schedule as a working mum. My cholesterol is now in the healthy range for the first time in 4 years."
"As a runner training for my first marathon, I had no idea how much nutrition could impact performance. Fey's sports nutrition plan helped me take over 10 minutes off my half-marathon time. The carb-loading strategy alone was a game changer."

No — all consultations are conducted online via WhatsApp Video, Zoom, or Google Meet. You can join from anywhere in Malaysia (or overseas). All you need is a stable internet connection and 60–75 minutes of private time.
After booking, you'll receive a short intake form to complete before the session. During the video call, Fey will review your medical history, discuss your eating habits, and work with you to build a personalised nutrition plan. After the session, you receive a written plan you can refer back to anytime.
Fey works with clients on: weight management (loss or gain), Type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure, kidney disease, pre/postnatal nutrition, sports performance, IBS and digestive health, and general healthy eating. If you're unsure whether your condition is covered, send a message — she'll let you know before you book.
Consultations are conducted in English or Bahasa Malaysia — just let Fey know your preference when you book.
Yes — all meal plans are halal by default. If you have other dietary requirements (vegetarian, no beef, allergies), let Fey know when you book and your plan will be built around them.
No — in Malaysia, a Registered Dietitian (RD) holds a recognised clinical nutrition degree and is registered with the Malaysian Dietitians' Association (MDA). While Malaysia's formal Dietitians Act is still pending, MDA registration represents the highest professional standard for dietitians in the country. The title "nutritionist" is unregulated — anyone can use it. When dealing with medical conditions, always choose a registered dietitian.
Absolutely. The single session (RM150) is designed exactly for this — you'll walk away with a full personalised nutrition plan and can decide afterwards whether to continue with follow-ups. Many clients find one session gives them enough clarity to make real changes on their own; others choose to continue. No pressure either way.
Life happens — just message Fey at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. The full policy will be confirmed when you book.
A dietitian is not a medical doctor and cannot issue MCs. However, Fey can issue a consultation report or letter for your GP or specialist — useful if your doctor referred you to a dietitian, or if you need documentation for your employer's health benefits or an insurance claim.
Payment is via DuitNow QR or bank transfer. Full payment details are provided upon booking confirmation.
Your health details are shared only with Fey and are kept strictly confidential, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and MDA professional ethics. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted, and your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Yes — an official receipt can be issued for all consultations. Some corporate health insurance schemes and employee benefits programs cover dietitian consultations, especially for doctor-referred cases. Check with your HR or insurer, and let Fey know if you need a referral letter format.
